General Terms and Conditions for the online ticket shop
1. General information
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of tickets via our online ticket shop.
1.2 By ordering tickets via our online ticket shop, you recognise these GTC.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 The contract for the purchase of tickets is concluded as soon as you have completed the order process in the online ticket shop and we have sent you an order confirmation by e-mail.
2.2 The presentation of tickets in the online ticket shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 All prices in the online ticket shop are quoted in euros and include VAT and all other price components.
3.2 Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online ticket shop.
4. Dispatch and delivery
4.1 Tickets are delivered either electronically by e-mail.
4.2 The dispatch by e-mail takes place immediately after completion of the order process.
5. Right of cancellation
5.1 In the case of distance selling contracts for the delivery of tickets, there is no right of cancellation pursuant to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz).
6. Cancellation and return
6.1 Cancellation of ticket purchases is generally excluded.
6.2 In the event of cancellation or change of date of the event, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, offer you a refund of the ticket price.
7. Liability
7.1 We are only liable for damages caused by wilful or grossly negligent breach of duty by us or one of our vicarious agents.7.2 Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in the case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
8. Validity of tickets and age restrictions
8.1 Tickets are only valid in conjunction with a photo ID. Therefore, please carry a valid photo ID with you to events.
8.2 The minimum age for our events is generally 20 years. The legal minimum age is 18 years according to the current Youth Protection Act.
9. Data protection
9.1 Your personal data will be processed by us exclusively in accordance with the provisions of data protection law.
9.2 Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
10. Final provisions
10.1 The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
10.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
10.3 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is the court responsible for our registered office, provided that you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
If you purchase a ticket through us, your details from the form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing. We will never pass on this data without your consent. The data may be used for our own advertising purposes, e.g. for event information.
